Cutsie Bobbs offers shipping to UK mainland and Worldwide.
We aim to dispatch your goods within 48 hours of your order being purchased.
Postage for UK mainland and Northern Ireland is £4.00. We offer free UK delivery for orders worth £100 & above.
Estimated delivery time is 3-5 working days.
Any international orders that incur customs or VAT fees are the sole responsibility of the consumer. We accept no liability for these costs incurred and it is solely the consumers responsibility to pay any international customs costs or any charges incurred after the item has been dispatched to the destination.
NEED TO RETURN YOUR ITEM?
Not loving the look? No problem! You can return any item for a refund within 14 days of receiving it.
Returns must reach us no later than 14 working days from the date you receive the item, we will not accept returns after this time has passed.
We ask that items are in their original condition with tags intact. Shoes must be returned in their original box in the condition they were received.
Please allow up to 7 working days for the team to process your return and refund.
Your bank may take 3-5 working days to show the refund in your account.
Please inform us within 7 days if there is a problem with your order.
Postage costs on returning items is not refundable unless the item it faulty upon receiving.
We have a no returns policy on anything handmade to order. Please take this into account before ordering.
We recommend you obtain and keep a copy of your proof of postage when returning items to us.
TERMS ON RETURNING DOLLS
If you wish to return a Doll, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving. The Doll must be returned to us within 14 days, unused, unopened, in its original condition & packaging. Your return must be in a re-sellable condition. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on dolls that have been opened from their boxes and the battery label removed.
